WEST VIRGINIA & GREENSBORO VISIT HAGERSTOWN TO FACE SUNS Eight-game homestand includes great promotions, food, drink and ticket specials and two giveaways  The Hagerstown Suns are set to play two South Atlantic League opponents in an eight game homestand. Beginning on Tuesday April 29th, the Suns will host the West Virginia Power, an affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Game time is set for 6:35 p.m. and gates open to Municipal Stadium open at 5:35 p.m. | 
Since Jim Bowden was named General Manager of the Washington Nationals, the club has been praised for their drafting strategy. That strategy is beginning to bear fruit in 2008. 
The Hagerstown Suns continue the homestand tonight (Thursday) against the West Virginia Power. The series is tied one game apiece. The first 500 fans entering the gates Friday night will receive a Suns trophy, compliments of Aladdin Awards. 
HAGERSTOWN, MD – Michael Burgess has found his sweet spot, hitting eight home runs in April. Burgess leads the South Atlantic League in home runs and is tied for second in all of Minor League Baseball. Burgess’ performance earned him the South Atlantic League Hitter of the Week award for the week ending on April 27th.
